Information you provide
When you request the Identity Audit, we save your name, email, request date, download status, and technical request information in our website database to deliver the guide and help prevent misuse. Requesting the guide alone does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can choose newsletter emails using the separate optional checkbox.
Assessment results
You can view your reflection without giving an email address. If you request an email, we save your contact details, answers, scores, optional Identity State, and newsletter choice. The newsletter checkbox is optional. We record the wording and date of that choice separately from your results request.
Coaching applications
We use the information you submit to review your application and respond. Please share only what is relevant to the coaching conversation.
Service providers and external links
Our hosting and email services process information needed to operate this website and deliver requested messages. If you choose newsletter emails, we send your email address and first name to Kit to manage confirmation, delivery, and unsubscribes. Your assessment answers and scores remain in our website database. Social platforms have their own policies. If enabled, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam.
Browser preferences
This site stores your motion preference and the time you dismiss the guide popup in your browser. The popup can appear again after seven days.
Access and your choices
Contact details and submissions are accessible through our protected admin area. Contact us to request access, a correction, deletion, or withdrawal of newsletter permission. We retain information for the purposes described here and review removal requests, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
